Definitions
In these terms and conditions for Aa555's Sportsbook, the following definitions apply:
- Sportsbook: Aa555's platform offering markets with stated odds on eligible events.
- Player: a natural person who places bets with Aa555 under these terms.
- Contract: the legally binding agreement formed when Aa555 accepts a bet under the terms of the sportsbook.
- Bet: the player's selection, confirmed by funds transfer, constituting an offer to Aa555 to be bound by these terms upon acceptance.
- Market: a discrete wagering option within a market offered by Aa555.
- Winning odds: the multiplier used to calculate payout on a winning bet.
- Outcome: the final result of the market at settlement.
General rules and eligibility
Aa555 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Aa555 platform and apply to bets placed after publication. Bets placed before the publication date remain governed by the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
- Age and eligibility: Persons must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum age applicable in their jurisdiction, to register and place bets. Registration by underage persons is prohibited and may be denied or suspended pending age verification.
- Personal data security: Aa555 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data may be used to administer accounts, communicate about the account, and provide promotions where permitted. Data may be disclosed to regulatory bodies where required by law.
- Multiple accounts: It is prohibited to hold more than one Aa555 customer account. If multiple accounts are discovered, Aa555 may close all but one and limit communications to the remaining account.
Bet acceptance and settlement
Bets are accepted in accordance with the live or pre-match market as published at the time of acceptance. The following rules apply:
- Bets are accepted before the start of the event, except for live bets which are accepted during an event in progress.
- By placing a bet, the player confirms knowledge of the event outcome and acceptance of these terms.
- Disputes relating to bets must be raised within 30 days after the conclusion of the event.
- Aa555 may modify the sportsbook (odds, handicaps, totals, limits, etc.) at any time; bets placed prior to such changes shall be settled under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits are determined for each event and market and may change without notice; Aa555 may impose additional restrictions on bets or accounts.
- A bet placed on a market whose outcome is known at the time of acceptance is invalid and will be refunded; such bets shall be excluded from accumulators and system bets unless settled otherwise by Aa555.
- In cases of forfeiture or disqualification of teams/participants before completion of an event, markets with results known at the interruption time are settled accordingly and remaining markets are settled at odds of 1.00.
- Aa555 strives for accuracy in odds and results but is not responsible for errors or omissions; incorrect odds or results may be corrected with appropriate settlement in accordance with these terms.
- Bets once accepted may not be altered or canceled by the player. Technical failures do not authorize cancellation unless Aa555 determines otherwise in accordance with these terms.
- Aa555 reserves the right to refuse to accept bets or to suspend or close a player's account without notice for violations of these terms or for security reasons.
Types of bets
Aa555 offers several bet types, described as follows:
- Single: a wager on the outcome of a single market. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the market's odds.
- Accumulator: a wager on multiple independent markets. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. Payout equals the stake multiplied by the combined odds, rounded as specified by the sportsbook.
- System: a collection of multiple bets of the same stake across a fixed set of selections. Payout is the sum of winnings across all included accumulators; each included accumulator is settled independently.
- Conditional: a chain of standard bets where only the first bet is funded from the player's funds; subsequent bets are funded from the winnings of prior bets. If the first part loses, all subsequent bets lose.
Live betting
- Live bets are accepted on events and markets with undetermined outcomes during the event.
- Live odds update in real time; changes may affect potential winnings.
- Settlement of live bets is based on information available immediately after the event concludes or the outcome is determined; abnormal changes or non-participation may render bets invalid as provided by these terms.
- Claims on live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start unless otherwise stated.
- If an event is interrupted and does not complete within 48 hours, settled bets remain; bets on outcomes not unambiguously determined are refunded at odds of 1.00.
Accounts, balances, and wagering
Each player has two balances: a main balance (real funds) and a bonus balance. Only the main balance may be used for placing bets. Winnings arising from bets funded by bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance. It is prohibited to place bets from the bonus balance unless permitted by the active bonus terms. If a bonus is deactivated or funds are converted to real money, settlement may proceed under the applicable terms. Aa555 may apply wagering or other restrictions to bonus funds and may suspend or revoke bonuses for abuse or violation of these terms.
Bet history and account management
Players may review their betting history by accessing the Bet History section. A date filter is available to retrieve bets from a specified period. Aa555 may implement additional controls on account activity for security or compliance purposes.
Football rules and sport-specific provisions
In football markets, Aa555 may provide rules detailing stoppage time, goals, substitutions, and other events as recorded by official sources. If a match ends early or is interrupted and not completed within the applicable window, bets may be settled or refunded according to the official result and these terms. Where specified, special outcomes (for example first goalscorer, halftime/fulltime results) are governed by the definitions published in the football section of the sportsbook.
Disputes, corrections, and error handling
Aa555 addresses disputes about bets in accordance with the 30-day window described above. If an error in odds, results, or event details is discovered, Aa555 may correct the error and adjust settlements accordingly. In cases of technical fault or mis-settlement, Aa555 may recalculate and adjust affected bets in a manner consistent with these terms.
